General Rules:
1. Make sure that when you post your pictures online, tag @zebrastar_cosplay on Instagram on your post, or if you are posting on Instagram make me a "collaborator" on your post.
2. Please direct message me if you would not like any pictures of you posted on my page or website. Unless specified, I have full right and discretion to use your pictures on my Instagram page or on my website.
3. Once you get your pictures, you are free to edit them as much as you wish!
4. DO NOT credit my work as your own. If I do see that this is the case, I have the right to report this as copyright infrigement and you will no longer be able to work with me in the future.
5. When paying for a shoot, I ask that you pay me first before recieving any sort of pictures from me. If you recieve your pictures and are unsatisfied, then I ask that you contact me ASAP and we can work out terms for a refund.
6. If you are under the age of 18, I do ask that a parent or guardian signs a media release that I will give to you that gives me consent to take your pictures. I will ask if you are under 18 during the scheduling process and you must give me the media release before taking your photos. Failure to bring a media release if you are under 18 will result in no pictures being taken.
7. Failure to abide by my Terms and Service means you will be reported on your respective social media platform and will no longer be allowed to work with me.
Cancellation Policy:
1. If you must cancel for any reason, you have up until 3 days before your shoot to cancel. If you cancel up to 3 days prior to your shoot, then you are authorized to have a full refund if you have paid in advance.
2. If you fail to cancel prior to 3 days before your scheduled shoot, I will charge a $10 cancellation fee. If there is an emergency, and you need to cancel after 3 days before your shoot, please message @zebrastar_cosplay on Instagram or zebrastar04@icloud.com IMMEDIATELY.
Rules During Shoots:
1. Cosplay is not consent. I take this rule very seriously as a photographer and as a cosplayer myself. If I ever ask you to do anything that may be uncomfortable for you or crosses a boundary line, please do let me know.
2. When scheduling any form of photoshoot that I offer, please give me at least a 2 weeks notice so that way I can block out a time in my schedule so I can give you the proper amount of time needed to take your pictures.
3. Please send me reference images for what shots you may want during your photoshoot! If you are cosplaying someone, please also send me reference images of your character so I can get an idea of what I am taking pictures of.
4. Do not touch any of my equipment unless I ask you or give you permission to touch my equipment.
5. I do have consent to deny service at any time during photoshoots. Failure to follow my Terms of Service and violating these rules will result in you not recieving your pictures and not recieving a refund if payment is involved.
